We do not charge any GST on our fees

Here are our Commissioning and Notary Public Rates.
Fees are fixed by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

For Office Hours (9AM to 5 PM)

  • On-Site Charges: $25

COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS RATES (SGD)

NOTARY PUBLIC RATES (SGD)

Please note that from 15 February 2017 onwards, notaries public are required to issue a notarial certificate for each document that they verify. In addition, from 1 October 2019 onwards, every notarial certificate has to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law and would cost an additional $85.60 authentication fee which we are obliged to collect on behalf of SAL.

Example: The total fees will be calculated as follows: $75 + $85.60 plus the cost of document required as stated above.

We do not charge any GST on our fees

 

OUT OF OFFICE APPOINTMENTS

For out-of-office appointments, we will impose a min. attendance fee of $300 whereby documents can not be notarised or commissioned due to non-compliance e.g. no identity documents or no original documents for certified true copies.

We will impose a $300 charge for cancelled out-of-office appointments within 2 hours.

For out-of-office appointment waiting period, we will impose an attendance fee of  $500 per hour.

PAYMENT MODES

We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayNow.
